jinn is hosting a networking lunch at the International Journalism Festival in Perugia on April 18, 2026, to present programs, announce a new fellowship, and strengthen collaboration among exile media networks.

The International Journalism Festival in Perugia is Europe’s largest annual, free-to-attend media event, bringing together global journalists, industry leaders, and innovators to discuss the future of news, AI, and press freedom in the heart of Italy. We are happy to join the Festival at its 20th anniversary with the meet-up on 18th April 2026 at Restorante del Sole. The event aims to foster exchange and strengthen collaboration across and beyond exile media networks. During the networking lunch, jinn will present its current programmes and announce the launch of its 2026–2027 fellowship for investigative and cross-border projects. While many participants are alumni and partners of our previous initiatives, the event is open to all interested journalists, stakeholders, and researchers — particularly those working in exile, collaborating with displaced newsrooms, or reporting on corruption, war crimes, and foreign information manipulation and interference.
